Hi Cristian,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

By default, WooCommerce shows the price of the variable product, only when any one of the variations is selected.

On the product page that you've shared, I'm also able to see the price, once I select a "biglietto" option.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar

The variation dropdown with all variation prices is showed by wpv-woo-buy-options shortcode in my layout.

But above the wpv-woo-buy-options shortcode there are a wpv-woo-product-price shortcode in layout, that show me only € but not the price. This is my problem.

Thank you

Thank you for sharing further details.

I've performed some tests on my own website, but couldn't reproduce this behavior.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all extra plugins (i.e. other than Toolset and WooCommerce) disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, can you please share temporary admin login details? I'll need to see exactly how this product and the shortcode is being used on your website, in the admin area.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
