Wordpress Errors for Types plugin (Fatal Error)

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I'm unable to use wp-admin because I'm seeing a PHP error.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_external_repo() on null

Solution:
Go to /update-core.php and click "Check for Updates". Wait until you see "Check Again" appear, then go to the Plugins page. If the problem is not resolved, repeat the process once or twice.

I am trying to: use the back-end of my WordPress website.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: It is happening in the client side back-end

Every time I go to the backend I get the following list of errors and it voids all functionality on the back-end. The front end still works as expected but we can not use the sites back-end to add content.

We have tried installing old versions, re-registering the plugins, and tried deactivating the other toolset plugins while the Types plugin is deactivated then reactivating it and we still get the list of errors below. We also aren't getting any debug information from the plugin either...
