When I update to latest Layouts, get the white screen of death. Roll back to 2.0.3 and all is well again.

Haven't figured out if it's a conflict with other plugins yet. More than happy to send along a duplicate.

Thanks

Dear Geoffrey,

I can download the duplicator package file, in order to install the package file in my localhost, I need the file installer.php.
Could you provide the file installer.php too? thanks

Thanks for the details, I tried your duplicator package in my localhost, with below steps, but can not see the problem:
get the white screen of death

Here are the detail steps, please correct me if there is anything missing
1) run installer.php, install the duplicator package
2) login with username "secure", here I get a 500 error, I checked the debug logs, see this:
[Mon Oct 30 16:09:12.130182 2017] [core:alert] [pid 5828:tid 1888] [client ::1:49822] E:/xampp-php-7.1/htdocs/zanemellupe/wp-admin/.htaccess: Invalid command 'AddOutputFilterByType', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration, referer: hidden link
This is a problem of file /wp-admin/.htaccess, so I simply rename the file into another name, then I am able to login to the dashboard
3) You are using Layouts plugin 2.0.3, so I replace it with the latest version of Layouts 2.1
see screenshot plugins.JPG
test your website both in front-end, and admin side, there isn't any white screen as you mentioned above, please describe detail steps for how and where I an see the problem, thanks
