[Resolved] where can I open a ticket with someone who answers me? I can not tell if you see

This support ticket is created 5 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I see that you already have another ticket about the same issue, which is being handled by Shane, so I'm going to close this thread.

The forum threads are replied to in order, with the oldest threads dealt with first, and we work through them as quickly as possible.

Depending on how busy the forum is and who is currently available that can impact how quickly threads are replied to, but we do get to them as soon as we can.
