When I change the title, the change is not showing in preview mode.

I am trying to: Change a title and then preview the change

I expected to see: Changed text in the title preview

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Preview Changes is native feature to WordPress where Toolset do not do any interference.

I just switched to the default theme 2020 on your install and I can see that "Preview Changes" button works when you make any changes to title. You can run a test with the link you shared by making changes to title and click on button "Preview Changes":
=> hidden link

I suggest you should contact the theme author.
