When I activate the plugin nothing works

This support ticket is created 5 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I tried to login using wp-admin and it redirect me to the page for which you shared the screenshot.

Additionally, the FTP access details you shared is not working. I would suggest you to remove all Toolset plugins and start with clean/fresh install and then start installing Toolset plugins one by one (Types, Views, Forms, Layouts) etc..etc..

If you still have same issue - I need full FTP access details and wp-admin access details.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
