Hi, can you try these troubleshooting steps first?
- Go to Toolset > Settings > Maps and make sure your API key is entered correctly. Click "Check API" to confirm the API key is valid.
- Clear your browser cache, refresh the page and try again.
- Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and test again.
- Open the browser console and refresh the page. Test again, and watch for any JavaScript errors that appear.

Let me know the results of this test and we can go from there.
