[Resolved] Visual Composer Not Working Properly

I am trying to: Create a content template using visual composer.

I visited this URL: https://toolset.com/2016/05/toolset-2-1-preview-visual-composer-integration-content-templates/ (video at 1:32)

I expected to see: the same as shown in the video

Instead, I got: instead "fields and views", "Visual" option is not showing. Only "text" version is showing up.

Note: I have paid version of "views" toolset only.

Hi Himanshu,

Actually i was able to grab a copy of the visual composer plugin and it seems that the button placement was moved.

Is there any other issues besides the location of the button?

I'm not 100% clear on the issue because I tested this on my test site and it works fine.

Would it be possible to get access to the site so that I can have a look at how its working for you ?

The visual composer button from the Video is not in the same place as our current versions of our plugins.

Hi Himanshu,

It seems that the issue here could be because of a plugin conflict.

Could you temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins with the exception of the visual composer plugin and try again ?

Once you have done this please let me know if you are able to successfully add the text block.

Hi Shane,

That is not possible in the current production site and we don't have a test site.

Were you able to find the issue? Because I am able to add text block but when I edit text block it doesn't show visual editor and only shows text editor thus it is not showing fields options.

Above you said that adding text block, which is not the issue, so can you please check the issue I am saving here.

Could you send me a screenshot of the text editor area so I can see what it looks like for you ?

Or could you do a short video highlighting the issue so I can understand clearly.
