[Resolved] Views not working as before

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to access my Module Archive page.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see a list of my lessons attached to this module.

Instead, I got a blank page.

I set up this WordPress archive in 2016 and it's worked perfectly ever since. Then, I did a Toolset plugin update and now the view no longer functions. You need to be logged in to see this View.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked using logged to your site and I see that taxonomy term archive is not displaying any results. This needs to be further debug.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Do you see any difference?

When I de-activate all the plugins, I still have the same problem. No change.

Well - it would be great if you share copy of your site that will give me chance to setup your site on my localhost and I can check whats going wrong there.

Also, do you remember with which version of view's it used to work?
