Views not working

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When I tried to update the Toolset plugins, I got error messages for Access, Blocks, Maps and Forms - see attached.

Is there any documentation that you are following? Just updating the plugin

Is there a similar example that we can see? See attached screenshot.

Hi, regarding the plugin update issue, can you please go to wp-admin/update-core.php and click "Check again". Then go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and check to see if the "forbidden" message is still displayed? If so, please go to Plugins > Add New and click "Commercial". Then scroll down to the Toolset section and tell me if the plugin is registered successfully.
