We're building a site in two languages (using WPML): portuguese and english.
We have a view displaying a grid of custom products (custom post type posts, not WooCommerce products), with a side filter with category options to check and filter.

When we load the page in English the first time, it displays all Categories on the proper language on the filter, and the products likewise.
But as we check one category on the filter, the view refreshes the products grid automatically - as defined on the view settings - but ... all text in the view interface reverts back to portuguese, both the Category options on the filter and the resulting products labels ...
All remaining text on the page, out of the view area, is on the correct language, english.

Do you have any clue as to why this may be happening?

thanks.

Hi, can you try the following troubleshooting steps?
- Temporarily disable all plugins except Toolset and WPML, and activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. Resave your site permalinks, then retest.
- If the problem was resolved, please reactivate the Starter theme, then other plugins, one by one until a conflict appears.
- If the problem was not resolved, then there could be an issue with your String Translation settings. Please temporarily disable String Translation and try again. If the problem was resolved, then the WPML team would be your best source of assistance here, as they are better trained on resolving String Translation configuration issues.
- If the problem was not resolved, then you may want to run through the standard WPML troubleshooting steps. Make a full backup of your site and database before you try them, then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and click each of the first 8 buttons in the Clean up section one by one, and test the results each time. If the problem was resolved, you should be all set.

Let me know the results. If none of these steps resolve the issue, a ticket in the WPML support forums may be required.
