Views files hacked (cloaking), want to replace with new files.

I am trying to: Replace Files Infected with Malware (cloaking)

I visited this URL:www.recoveryaudio.org

I expected to see:page renders properly, but the site has been identified as cloaking, 3 views files are identified.

Instead, I got:

do i delete the old plugin and install this new one fresh, and if so, do i lose all the views i created?

or do i only replace the tainted files? for information, it appears the current views files are over 1 year old - have they not changed at all?
