Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have changed my CPT field structure, moving a repeatable group from within a post type to a standalone post type. I deleted the repeatable field group from the original post type but I am getting an error message that the slug name is already in use. Is there a way to see these old slug names and to free them up for reuse? Thanks.
Is there any documentation that you are following? That's what I'm looking for.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database ***
Well - what if you try to delete the field from section "Post Field Control" and click on button "Post Field Control" and target your field and delete it.
