Tell us what you are trying to do?
We like to design the woo commerce shop page differently then the other woocommerce (categories) archives.
For the categories-archives we like to use the astra-theme templates.
But for the shop page we like to use a toolset template.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
We think we need to use this one: https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/views-filters/#wpv_filter_force_wordpress_archive
But we have no idea how to define that only the shop page should have a toolset template

Is there a similar example that we can see?
For this shop page we like to have a toolset template instead of the astra-theme template: hidden link
The other archives have the astra template which is ok, for example: hidden link

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

To design a custom shop, you should install the WooCommerce Views Toolset addon plugin. Please check the following Doc where the detailed step by step information is available:
=> https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/designing-woocommerce-product-catalog/#creating-a-custom-shop-template-steps-to-follow

You can also check with our reference sites on our free test platform http://www.discover-wp.com. Where you should try to install Woocommerce site and play with it to know how the shop page is integrated;
=> https://discover-wp.com/site-types/bootcommerce-layouts/
=> hidden link

Hi Minesh,

thanks for the quick answer.
If i follow your instructions i'll create ONE Template in Toolset which will be used for all woocommerce archives. Right?

But i like a toolset-template for the shop page (means the main page) and use the astra theme templates for the other woocommerce (category-) archives.

How am i able to do so?

Basically, the Doc I shared is using Layouts. I do not know if you are using Toolset Layouts with your site and even we are not encouraging users to use it as we already put the Layouts plugin as maintenance mode.

What if you try to follow the following steps:
- you should create a new page "shop" page (no need to create it if its already exists)
- Create a new content template
- Create a new view that lists products to and add this view to the above content template
- assign the content template you created to your shop page

Will that help?

Also, You can create a product archive from Toolset => WordPress Archive => set this archive to display product post type and customize it as per your need.

I've created a test site for you:
=> hidden link
testuser / Admin@123

Shop page: hidden link
Product Archive created using Blocks: hidden link
