Using Layouts & Views in the Bento theme - does not display correctly

This support ticket is created 7 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: use Layouts and Views to display custom post content within the Bento theme. The content appears but not as it is defined in the Layout. It always appears full width and one element below the next.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: ocncloud.com home page.

I expected to see: layout displayed according to the Layout column settings Settings in Screen shot Bento layout input

Instead, I got: everything at full width and one element wide. Screen shot 1 - Bento layout output

Many thanks - I have changed themes and this issue is resolved. No problem on the new theme.
