[Resolved] Upload image is timing out

This support ticket is created 5 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
I'm trying to upload any image to the database via a form.

I expected to see:

-I already increased the file size and the execution time (https://toolset.com/forums/topic/image-upload-timeout/)
-I am expecting you to log in and check things out and give me a technical answer. No guessing. I need this done by today. Thank you.

Hi Troy,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

With regards to this issue, we would need to go through the basic debug steps as this looks to me like something that is caused by a plugin conflict.

I would recommend first disabling all the non-toolset plugins and trying again. This must be done before I log in and investigate further.
