[Resolved] Upgrading Access to 1.2.7.1 breaks use of Custom Fields

This support ticket is created 8 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to: Upgrade all Toolset plugins, but the when upgrading from Access 1.2.6.1 to 1.2.7.1 I no longer see the customs fields on any page, post og custom post

Instead, I got: only the normal WP fields

Please try to update to Access Version 1.2.7.2

★ INSTRUCTIONS:

❌ Backup your website and database ❌
• Deactivate/Delete the "Installer" plugin (if you have it)
• Deactivate the Access plugin
• Login via FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder
• Delete the Access plugin folder
• Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ and download the latest stable Access Plugin, then extract it.
• Upload the plugin via FTP to the wp-content/plugins folder.
⌥ alternatively you could upload the .zip file using Dashboard > Plugins > New > Upload
