Just an fyi, Toolset latest (currently working with Types to declare new post types and post fields) is requiring that I flush the back-end WPEngine cache so as to display addition of new CPTs/field groups in dashboard menu. I can do this, but just wanted you to know...I haven't experienced this in past.

Jim P.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This is a strange issue and haven't heard of it before.

I'm guess that WPEngine uses an aggressive form of caching on the backend as to increase the speed of the backend and reduce the request loads from their server.

This only occurs on our latest version correct?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Yes, haven't seen it before; and I can certainly remember this as a solution if something looks weird on the back end.

Regards,

Jim P.
