Tell us what you are trying to do?
We bought 1 site account for piatnik.hu website, and we registred the Toolset on this site yesterday. It succeeded. But we found a problem on the slider, disappeared an arrow. So we put back an older website on the web service provider server. Today we registered the Toolset again, when we try to updating the Toolset plugins it wrote "Update failed. Forbidden". What's the issue?
I am sending a screenshot about this.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link, but the issue is in WordPress admin

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Based on the screenshot you shared - I see you are using really outdated Toolset plugins.

You should deactivate and Delete the Toolset Types plugin using plugins page and then Download the latest Toolset Types plugin from your account's page.
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Then you should follow the following steps to Upload and activate the Types plugin:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#installing-the-toolset-types-plugin

And then make sure you registered a site key to update other Addon Toolset plugins:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Thanks for your answer, but I have any questions: Won't our settings disappear in WordPress?

No - Deactivating and Deleting the plugin does not mean that it will delete the content you created.

But still to be at safer side, please take your database backup so in any case if anything goes wrong, you will have a backup to restore.

I have a next issue: I do not find "Toolset Layouts" plugin on the Toolset site in downloads. You can see in screenshots.

You will find the Toolset Layouts plugin on "Legacy Plugins" that is available on the same download's page.

Please check the following screenshot:
