unwanted border in form on focus back again

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to:
create a form without focus on borders of a form

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
I created a new form on a new page and the behavior ( focus) of the border is back, which I do not want
again I see a light blue border , and I just want to see nothing

I expected to see:
no border behavior in forms, no focus, no hover... it should stay as is, 3px solid
Instead, I got:

a pale blue extra border on focus

I had this problem before and thought it was solved
but even in the trial form it now creates an extra borders in black color on 3 sites around the field

NO blue border anymore but an ugly black thickening still on focus
