[Resolved] Unable to set Post Group when editing a Post

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

Toolset Access offers Post Groups to be set on single Posts edit screens.
This is done by clicking "Change Post Group" in the "Post Group" widget of a single edit post screen.
Since Access 2.7, the pop up appearing once "Change Post Group" is clicked, is blank.

Solution:

Update to latest Toolset Access versions where this issue will be resolved.

I am trying to change the Access Post Group assignment when editing a page. When I click on Change Post Group, I get the pop up but the contents of it are blank. I am able to change the post group by going into Toolset > Access Control > Post Groups > Modify Group and add the page to the appropriate Group.

I tried deactivating all plugins except Toolset plugins, and changing to 2017 theme. No change. Still seeing the problem.

This is what I see when clicking the Change Group Button

This should be due to either outdated plugins, incomplete files (maybe during updates some data was lost) or conflicts with other plugins.
Since you already excluded some of those possible causes, I'd suggest enabling WP_Debug() https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG and check if in the Pop Up an error is produced (or log the errors so to see in the FTP files later).
Also, please check what the console tells - if there are any JS errors, please let me know.

Locally I cannot see the problem, but finally, this might even be due to specific settings I still miss eventually.

In case nothing of the above helps, can you send me a copy of that website when all plugins are disabled and the native Theme used, so I can have a look?
You may use this information https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ about how to send a copy.

A colleague was meanwhile able to see this issue it seems
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/post-group-on-page-and-post-has-not-drop-down-list-anymore/

I am debugging that and will escalate it to the Developers as soon I have it replicated.
I will then keep you in the loop here as well.

Thank you for the duplicate, please do not delete it just yet in case I need it.
