Problem:
Unable to save CSS setting in visual composer mode inside content template.

Solution:
Fixed in Views 2.5.1:

I am trying to: save CSS with visual composer mode inside content template

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: CSS saved

Instead, I got: CSS not saved

Note: in fact, all visual composer CSS setting cannot be saved. Kindly provide a way to define CSS inside content template in visual composer mode

Thank you for contacting Toolset support. This is the known issue and this issue escalated to our 2nd tier support for further review.

As a workaround, you can use the CSS editor of the Content Template, please see the screenshot attached.

Just wanted to send an update, that this issue is fixed in latest release. Can you please update all Toolset plugins to latest versions and confirm that this issue is fixed.
