I am trying to:

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

Instead, I got: 404 errors (21 of them, partial list included in screenshot): e.g. types/vendor/toolset/onthego-resources/onthegosystems-icons/fonts/onthegosystems

#919033

actually, 31 pages of redirects, and disabling and deleting the plugin (which I have not started using on this site) along with updating to latest version did nothing.

Hi Suzy

The screenshot doesn't specify individual files that are missing, just the folder.

That folder plugins/types/vendor/toolset/onthego-resources/onthegosystems-icons/fonts/onthegosystems contains fonts in a variety of formats.

Can you use FTP (or a backend File Manager plugin) to examine the folder and check whether it includes the font files.

If they are missing, something went wrong with your installation of Types.

More likely, there is something particular to your server or to one of the plugins you have installed or your theme.

So before going any further, do you still see the 404s if you disable all non-Types plugins and switch theme to twentyseventeen?
