Types and visual composer wont save

This support ticket is created 8 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

hi, we have a few sites running types/views/layouts and visual composer, which all seemed to be working fine. we recently updated types and visual composer and now when we try to use the visual composer to create columns, or move items from one column to another it doesn't save.

we've tried visual composer on a site that doesn't have the toolset plugins on and it seems to work fine.

i tried to find the debug info but couldn't seem to find it inthe new version of toolset plugins

We are currently aware of the conflicts with our plugin and Visual Composer.

A fix was actually provided for this and you can have a look at our erratas page below for more information.
