Toolset says plugin is updated, but site says it's not

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there,

Toolset dashboard is saying it's updated to the latest version, but when I access it on-site, it shows something completely different (an older version that cannot be updated due to inconsistent file permissioning.)

Please make sure you can write to the server as expected by WordPress to update plugins, it seems to me there are some restrictions blocking the update

Can you try as well to download a fresh copy of Toolset Types (For example 3.0.8) and install that, to see if the issue maybe happens only in 3.0.7?
