This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I'm trying to install the site

but the installation stops.

Hi Andrea,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to this site that you are trying to install the demo on ?

Perhaps there is an observable error that could point me to the issue.

Could you reset the site for me ?

The process is definitely being blocked. Also could you send me a copy of the server logs because this could point to an error if there is one.

Failing this I can provide you with a backup that should work to get you started with this demo.
