COMPLAINT

I have had this same issue for months! Jamal has looked into it but was not able to solve it. He basically told me it doesn't matter (https://toolset.com/forums/topic/error-update-failed-undefined/) and there was nothing more to do however it does matter!! I have bought toolset and just like the rest of your customers I deserve to have the same access to my product as everyone else. Otherwise, it is a breach of contract and supply of unsatisfactory goods. Right now I need to install the Toolset Forms Commerce add-on and yet I can't do this because it doesn't recognize my key and this is going to cause me delays as you are off at the weekend and I will now have to wait probably be told that I have to yet again set up a login for you to take a look and check something that Jamal has supposedly already checked. I think that this should be made an absolute priority for your solutions/tech team and this time can you fix it properly allowing me full functionality

Hello,

Please try these in your website:
1) Upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) Follow our document to regenerate a Toolset site key, and install in your website:

3) Upgrade all other Toolset plugins to the latest version

Hellow LAO, This issue is not resolved!

Your suggestion is very basic and has already been tried on several occasions. including by your own toolset team members. I'm sure if this was the resolution it would not still be an issue after all this time!

Thank you to reopen this ticket as I didn't receive any notification of your above response.

regards, Holly
