This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Publishing posts via CRED is producing duplicate posts, the second with an auto-draft title.
Solution:
This is a known issue when the CRED form includes a featured image field and Relevanssi is active, and there is a workaround described here: https://toolset.com/errata/cred-auto-draft-posts-created-when-relevannsi-cred-and-featured-images-are-used/

Only it doesn't show, because I delete all the Drafts.
The problem is: when publishing two posts are made one with title like this: CRED Auto Draft 282ef5e5585ab7e33389b28cdaf5e755. In this post there is no text, only the category and tags.
The other is with the good title and text, but no category and tags.
My reference for building it is the tutorial site 'Travel destinations'. I do exactly the same and also tried to make new forms but that doesn't help.
On the account-page for my members people can make posts and edit them.
Also with editing things go wrong: they can see no featured image and no category and tags.
