This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: I would like to use Beaver Builder, Toolset Starter Theme, Layouts and Content Templates all together.
Solution: Toolset Starter Theme is designed to work with Layouts. You can implement Layouts and Content Templates together using the Content Template cell, but in general the site design is dictated by Layouts. Beaver Builder integration is best supported in Content Templates, so you can control page design to some extent in Beaver Builder via Content Templates. However, the overall structure of the site is managed in Layouts, where Beaver Builder integration is not as advanced.

Hello, I'm trying to use Beaver Builder for content template but kept getting the "This page doesn't have a template layout" when I do have a layout assigned to it.
There seems to be conflict when use Beaver Builder and Layouts together. How do I use Beaver Builder on content template along with Layouts? Please advise. Thanks.
