There is a problem with post_title field. Please check CRED form.

I'm getting a very cryptic "There is a problem with post_title field. Please check CRED form." error. As far as I know all post typse should at least have the title available so what could be causing this?

This is the code in my CRED form:

Please check if this issue appears when

All non Toolset Plugins are disabled. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin.

Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. Its will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
