[Resolved] Theme CSS loading before Layout CSS

I am trying to:
Use Layouts for Pro profile pages seen below

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
2019.protrending.com/pros/

I expected to see:
A page built using Toolset Layouts

Instead, I got:
When you click on a Pro on the /pros/ page, the CSS from the Bimber theme seems to load
for a split second before the bootstrap CSS

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Unfortunately, the admin login details that you've shared didn't work, but It seems that you've included the custom CSS styles for the single "Pro" posts, at WP Admin -> Toolset -> Layouts CSS and JS.

To make sure these CSS styles are loaded much sooner, during page rendering, you can include them through WP Admin -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

This will improve the user experience, during the page loading.
