This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The Access shortcode [toolset_access] shortcode does not work with Views AJAX search, it outputs directly without resolving.
Solution:
It is fixed in next version of Access plugin, currently you can try the hotfix of errata here:
