[Resolved] Taxonomy functionality doesn’t work

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
In the custom post type menu I’ve not the taxonomy’s menu

Solution:
Downgrading php version from 7.0 to 5.6 resolved the issue.

This support ticket is created 7 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to use taxonomy for my custom post type. I created custom post type, then I created taxonomies. In the taxonomy’s setting I can’t select my custom post type. Then I selected the taxonomy in the custom post type’s setting to associate it. But in the custom post type menu I’ve not the taxonomy’s menu then I can’t use it in my custom post type.

I expected to use custom taxonomy like categories and tags taxonomies

Thank you for contacting Toolset support. In the debug information that you have provided, I can not see Toolset Types plugin on the site. Please install and activate the Toolset Types plugin latest version and check the issue again:

Toolset plugin was correctly installed on my site.
I resolved downgrading php version from 7.0 to 5.6
