Instead, I got:
no taxonomy shown
screen options button/tab does nothing

also i want to know when I purchase from you guys do i install a pro version of types or is it already full version and i only install views and forms?

Hello,

I’m Mohammed: the Toolset support team leader. I’ll give my best to help you.

You don't need to upgrade Types to overcome this issue. we don't have free and pro versions of Types.

I've logged into your admin dashboard to check the issue and found that there is a (500 internal server error) while the page trying to load a resource.

I'm still checking the issue. please wait and I will get back to you again.

Thanks.

Hi Henry,

You need to do some tests to know the cause of this issue because Toolset doesn't have an issue like that.so please try the following:

This may be a conflict with other plugin/theme. so, please deactivate all non Toolset plugins, activate a default theme (Twenty seventeen) and test the issue.
If this solved the issue, you can reactivate the plugins one by one to see which plugin causes the issue and let me know the result.

Also, please let me know if this install is migrated from another host. If this is the case, you can remove the wp-includes and the wp-admin folders and replace them with new ones of a fresh install.

If the previous didn't work, please delete the Toolset plugins and reinstall them again, there may be some missing files from the plugins.

I'm waiting for your reply,
Thanks.
