I am trying to: find my custom post Taxonomies after the upgrade of Types and Views. I no longer see them in Types and they don't appear as a menu option when try to edit or add a new custom post type. The custom post types are still assigned to the correct category, however, on my site.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

1)
Could you please activate WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file and send me possible errors for review.

2)
Since WordPress now recommends PHP 5.6, could you update those software versions?
You might need to contact the Server Admin for this.
https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

3)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as with the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

4)
On post edit page could you please check that taxonomy is attached to your CPT.

Hi Minesh,

I figured out the problem. The clue was that my categories were still showing up in the regular posts menu screen. When I updated Types, it unchecked the "post types used with this taxonomy " boxes for my two custom post types. It has never happened before when updating Types but, this time, it must be a default setting in the new version.
Thank you for your assistance.

Sean
