[Resolved] SyntaxError: Unexpected token O in JSON at position 0One or more database tables

Hello,

I have searched it in our forum, and found some related threads, for example:

Both above tickets are problem from other plugins, I suggest you try these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

Dear Luo Yang,

1. I updated those plugins from Plugin->Commercial,
2. My WP has just uploaded from WP web site, no other plugins except toolset
3. I checked the log, it tell me MySQL is not 5.6 or above, my web host provider only support MySQL 5.5.

The minimum requirements to run Toolset plugins:
MySQL 5.6 and above.
You will need to upgrade your webserver mysql version.
