Suggestion: Group by

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

How about adding a way to group results of a view query? For example, to build a calendar view. Or just to add some headings like 2010, 2011 and 2012 in between the results of a page listing all the past and future events.

What I would suggest is to build several Views nested. This way, the external View you'll first query the years and then create child Views that load the dates belonging to each year. Will this work for you?
