Thank you, Minesh, I got this working.
Just one issue to resolve:
In my original content template I have a map that shows the location of the specific case.
I want this map to display on the certificate template as well. But the marker does not appear there, only an empty map without any marker.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure why the map is not get displayed with the certificate URL.

If you can share problem URL where I can see the issue as well as admin access details I'll quickly check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hello! Minesh won't be available for a couple of days. If you don't mind, I'll continue with you on this ticket.

It seems that the map block on the content template "Template for EOW passport(ID: Template for EOW passport)" is corrupt. Check this screenshot hidden link
This content template is used to display post with URL containing "?content-template-id=625", such as hidden link

The content template "Template for Cases" is the default template for the custom post and is used for this URL hidden link without the "content-template-id" part.
Note that this content template's map includes also a setting for the marker. Check this screenshot hidden link

To fix the issue with the content template "Template for EOW passport", just remove the corrupt map block, and add it again. Configure the marker in the map's setting sections in the sidebar.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
