Thanks for asking! I'd be happy to help.

To allow applicants an easy way to apply for different types of jobs, you can add functionality where an applicant can save multiple resumes.

You can include a new post type "Resumes" and add a one-to-many relationship between "Resumes" and the "Job Application" post types.
( as one resume can be submitted to multiple job applications, but one job application can only have one resume )

An applicant can save multiple resumes in his profile and when applying for a certain job, can share the one that is closely related to the current application.
