[Resolved] Site key not working – unable to update plugins

This support ticket is created 4 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Update Toolset plugins

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: updated plugins

Instead, I got: "Failed! Update package not available. ()"

Okay we can see site keys registered for these domains:
hidden link
hidden link

The link you posted above is hidden link, but neither of these keys is for the HTTPS protocol. So that could be part of the problem. Can you delete the key for hidden link and regenerate a key for hidden link? I would also delete the dev key.
