Hello
I am trying to: use toolset on a woocommerce site. I changed themes to the one you have a plugin to be compatible, Avada, I then followed this tutorial: https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/single-product/ and still my single product pages will not appear with any info on the single pages.
I have done everything in the tutorial and unsure where i am going wrong and i do not want to post my site login details publicly and cannot see now where to start a private ticket so someone can look it over for me?

i cant get any of my product details to show let alone the custom field i created in the first part of the tutorial.
I am on a trial and i want to purchase the life long license but not if i cannot get it working with that theme as Ive already lost all the design work i had done on another theme i was using because this isnt working with that theme so bought avada thinking that would solve it all and it hasnt . I have a deadline of tomorrow to get the extra search facility working please can you help 🙁
