Hi - I have two sites that were cloned from the same source site

hidden link and

hidden link

The staging site displays the single product view correctly but the primary site doesn't even though they were cloned from the same site sample. I can not determine the location of the correct settings to resolve this.

I hope you can help. Thank you.

Hello,

How do you clone the websites?
I suggest you follow our document to clone the websites and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-do-i-migrate-a-wordpress-site-from-one-domain-to-the-other/
We usually use Duplicator to clone websites, here is the free version:

Unfortunately, the site with the problem has been updated by the client and is now the latest version.

This has happened before with a similar site. The issue was a setting that I can not fully recall or locate.

One of your technical agents was able to correct the issue before. If you are not able to yourself, can you please try to pass the ticket along to someone who can?

#2013239

Why are you not able to look at your own code and determine what the issue is?

#2013251

Since you did not provide the problem website credentials, I have to guess the problem:
I suggest you follow our document to setup the Woocommerce Blocks plugin setting, and assign the content template with single product post:
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-custom-templates-for-single-product-pages/
especially section "Switching from WooCommerce to Toolset templates":

Make sure you have the Toolset WooCommerce Blocks plugin active. You’ll also need Toolset Types and Toolset Blocks plugins.

Go to Toolset → WooCommerce Blocks.
In the Product Template File section select the WooCommerce Views plugin default single product template option.

If you need more assistance for it, please provide the problem website credentials in below private message box.

Hello,

My hosting service support cloned the site for us some time ago. The source site also had this same issue but one of your associates was able to help resolve that display issue. I can not locate the information that led to that resolution.

I attempted to resolve this issue myself but I was unable to find a solution.

This site was created as a multisite installation by mistake. The site in question is the only site on the network.

I've created both super admin and admin credentials as follows:
***

Thanks for the details, I have edited your post to remove the credentials, it is not safe to share them publicly.

And I have done below modifications in your website:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> WooCommerce Blocks, in section "Product Template File", enable option " WooCommerce Views plugin default single product template"
hidden link

2) Edit the problem produce post:
hidden link
in section "Content Template", choose option "Content Template for Work Product Page", and save

Test it in front-end:
hidden link
It works fine, same as your staging site.

If you want to apply same change to all other product posts, please edit that content template
hidden link
click button "Change usage", and bind all product posts.

Thank you for your help. I didn't realize that you were requesting access credentials at first.

I appreciate the work but something else has happened as a result, which does not occur on the source or other clone and that is the single item view doesn't open from the search results: hidden link

If you click on any search result thumbnail, it opens a blank page instead of the single product view.

New threads created by Luo Yang and linked to this one are listed below:

I assume the original question of this thread is resolved, for other new questions, please check the new thread here:

I've tried relinking as you indicated but it's isn't working.

Is there a way to relink them as a group some other way?

Also, when we add new product items will they automatically link to the content template or will we have to continue linking them manually?

#2030631

Please provide your website database dump file as your another thread:

Unfortunately, I do not have an active Duplicator license as I no longer use it. I had forgotten to remove the plugin. Is the paid version necessary?

I currently use Blogvault for our limited needs but do not know if it can provide the file you need. Is there another way to obtain it without Duplicator?

#2030891

We now use Blogvault: hidden link

I can attempt to download the file you requested using it.
