Hello
i seem to be missing something here. i would like to be able to do this:

Logged in User enters a new post (custom type)
User Logs out
User Logs in later, how to let him edit his Post?

How do i show a post of a user to edit? what i have seen so far is how to create a form to change content, but i have to enter a new page with a shortcode that references exactly the post. that cant be the way to go, because like that i would have to make a page for every content to make it editable.

Thanks!

Hi beatR,

I suggest you create a view filter with:
Post author is the same as the logged in user
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/filtering-views-query-by-author/
Add a CRED edit form link as field

When User Logs in later, show him this view, let him edit his Post
