Send notification to nearby users based on the address custom field

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hi, we are building a booking system and we want a feature where in when someone booked/post created, those users nearby that new booking area/address will be notified, is it possible on Toolset? and can guide us on how to achieve it
So far we have 2 custom field address for both user and custom post type (bookings)
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is no such native solution available but Toolset Forms offers the hook "cred_notification_recipients" that will allow you to dynamically configure the email IDs by adding your required code to that hook and then you should hook the found email IDs.
