This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
When I used up on of the search field with the POST RELATIONSHIP option, it didn't allow me any more when I tried to add another search field... I wanted to confirm if that's how it is or am I doing something wrong?
Solution:
You are right, you can add only one post type relationship filter into "Query Filter" of WordPress Archive or post view
