When adding things such as a border on a toolset Container block I would expect my themes registered colors to pull through instead of just getting a color picker

Hi Nicholas

I take it you are declaring theme support for editor-color-palette (https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/developers/themes/theme-support/#block-color-palettes) so that those colours are picked up by the colour palettes used in Toolset Blocks for things like font color or background color.

You are right, though, that the same palette isn't offered for additional styles like border color.

I've created an internal request ticket for that and linked it to here so that the developers are aware of the demand.

Thanks for raising the issue.
