Hi Nathan,

Thank you for the credentials.

This issue seems the be caused by your server itself as it may be blocking the connections. Also I see where your server is not able to connect to the wordpress.org server and this could also be the cause of the issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Our server admin seems to have fixed the error relating to us connecting to the wordpress repository, but we're still not able to register toolset.

Hi Nathan,

Would you mind if I took a copy of your website using the duplicator plugin ?

I would like to see if this is indeed a server issue or not.

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

OK, I just installed duplicator for you. Let me know how it comes out. This is Wil by the way, I'm one of Nathan's partners. We have yet a third guy running the server.

Hi Wil,

I'm still investigating the issue however this should not cause any down time on the site as it seems their is something blocking the site from accessing our API.

You can still download the plugin update directly from our website.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Nathan

Can you check if you're not missing a configuration file from Toolset Types?
Go to the at the `wp-content/plugins/types` folder and look for `library/otgs/installer/repositories.xml`

Types File Structure.JPG

It's missing, I don't even have a library folder in the "Types" folder.

Even though i couldn't find the directory you pointed to me, our server admin made some changes and this is now working. So unless that directory issue points to another problem, you can close this case.
