[Resolved] Reference site stuck on “Activating required plugins”

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Trying to install reference site Real Estate with Layouts & WPML, but it just gets stuck in the very first step "Activating required plugins..."

Solution:
Toolset server requirements are not met. You can see the minimum Toolset requirements here: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

- MySQL 5.5.43 version in your site, is lower than the required for Toolset.
- PHP is 5.3.24 which is good, but it is advised to use more up-to-date version for better performance and stability. You can contact your website hosting company to upgrade this for you.

Hi Dmitri,

Thank you for contacting Toolset Support. I believe you are using Toolset Framework Installer.

1. Are you installing it on local server or an online server?

2. Could you please share your Debug Informations with us so we can see it?
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Looking forward to help you further,
Thank you

Yes, it's Toolset Framework Installer on online server.

And the only way to find the debug information is to enable one of the plugins.

Hello Dmitri,

Thank you for getting back to us.

1. Looks like Toolset server requirements are not same as required.

2. Please follow the steps mentioned in this doc to install reference site using Framework Installer:
https://toolset.com/how-to-install-reference-site-locally-and-quickly-customize-it/

- Before importing reference sites, the Plugins used in this demo needs to be installed first, below are the required Toolset plugins for this particular reference site:

  • Toolset Types
  • Toolset Views
  • Toolset Access
  • Toolset Layouts
  • Toolset Maps

Please try above steps and let us know if it resolves the issue.
Thank you

Hi,

Unfortunately it seems that my service provider (GoDaddy) is not able to provide support for required versions. So I will just create a local installation and then upload to the server which should work with existing versions.

Thanks a lot for you support.

Best,
Dmitri
