Redirect a dummy link to a custom field

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a custom post type with slug casinoreviews
I have a custom url field with slug wpcf-affiliate-url
I want to put a dummy link on a page e.g. hidden link and when the user clicks the link it redirects them to wpcf-affiliate-url

Any idea how I can achieve this?
