I am trying to: Style my product archive page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The images in full size

Instead, I got: The top and bottom few centimeters are being cut off - only in the archive page - individual pages are full size.

Hi Christine

When you upload files to the WordPress media gallery it automatically generates various sizes of the images, and the size of the images used on your archive page are cropped and missing the top and bottom.

If you look at my screenshot you will see that the source image used on the archive page is missing the top of the lady's head. A different version of the same image is used on the individual page.

Your theme normally sets up the image sizes used and the cropping options, you should check to see if it has an options page to specify the cropping settings, or you may have to look in the theme files.

Let me know if you are unable to resolve that yourself.
